Joe's best friend is Jack, his big fluffy tomcat. They are together all the time, playing, giggling and hatching secret plans. Joe can understand everything Jack says and Jack can understand everything Joe says but grown-ups can’t understand what they are saying to each other. Joe and Jack are two friends who’d like to conquer the world - if only they weren’t such scaredy cats….

The show was first broadcast on RTÉ in Ireland in 2012 and in other regions including Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and South America.
